The Push-Up Challenge 2025
Join us for The Push-Up Challenge, a unique and engaging way to support mental health and wellbeing through connection, physical activity, and education. By participating, we can raise awareness, break down stigma, and encourage everyone to seek help without hesitation.
Why Push Up for Mental Health?
Every day, approximately 2,000 lives are lost to suicide worldwide. Together, we can bring attention to this issue and inspire positive change by prioritizing both mental and physical health.
About the Event
- Dates: February 11-28, 2025
- Goal: Complete 2,000 push-ups over 18 days.
- Daily Focus: Each day, participants receive an important mental health fact that shapes the daily push-up target.
- Flexibility: Alternative exercises and smaller targets are welcome to ensure everyone can participate
- Track Your Progress: A free mobile app makes it easy to log your push-ups, check daily targets, and see how your teammates are doing.
How to Participate
Anyone can join The Push-Up Challenge as:
- Part of a Team: Ideal for smaller groups. We recommend a maximum of 10 members per team.
- Join as Workplace organisation: Create multiple teams and connect them within a community for added camaraderie
- An Individual
To get started, team members register individually and join their chosen Team or Community during the sign-up process. There is no cost to participate.
